Code of Ethics

Principles of integrity, confidentiality, and independence of judgment that govern all my professional work.

01

Integrity and evidence. Every statement is supported by verifiable data. Results are not exaggerated, and limitations are not hidden.

02

Confidentiality. Information shared in a professional context is treated with absolute confidentiality. No exceptions.

03

Independence of judgment. Conclusions are not adjusted to what the client wants to hear. What the evidence shows is what gets reported.

04

Respect for context. Every organization operates under unique conditions. Recommendations consider resources, culture, and real constraints.

05

Realistic continuous improvement. Magical transformations are not promised. Sustainable steps with verification and correction are proposed.

Ethics is not a document: it's a daily practice

These principles apply to every intervention, every diagnosis, and every recommendation.
