International accreditation organisation that, since 1 January 2026, has integrated the functions previously performed by IAF and ILAC. Its official name is Global Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated and its official acronym is Global ACI; the working name GLOBAC, used during the transition, was replaced by the official brand in April 2026. Its MRA (Multilateral Recognition Arrangement) seeks to maintain international recognition of accredited conformity assessment results.
