For decision-makers

Put the decision on the table. Bring the evidence.

An independent perspective can clarify what is known, what is assumed and what still needs to be checked. Start with the decision your organisation faces and the information available to support it.

A question worth examining

Explain the decision, the people affected and the outcome you are seeking. The useful starting point is a concrete question: a risk to accept, a responsibility to assign, a system to redesign or evidence to evaluate.

Context before recommendations

The relevant scope, existing records and constraints determine what can be assessed. The advisory team confirms the proposed work and the form of any deliverable before an engagement begins. Recommendations must state the evidence and assumptions on which they rest.

Eligibility for independent advice

This advisory route is unavailable to organisations certified by G-CERTI or currently in its certification process. The enquiry form asks about that relationship before the request is reviewed. Certification matters continue through the institutional certification channel.
