For organisations with a critical evaluation
Make the evaluation specific. Make the conclusion traceable.
A supplier, a process or a critical decision may need an independent evaluation. Describe what must be examined, the criteria to apply and the evidence needed to support a useful conclusion.
Request independent auditors

Start with scope and criteria
Identify the activity, organisation or supplier being evaluated, the applicable requirements and the purpose of the work. A second-party audit or an independent process evaluation must be designed around those criteria and the decision the findings will support.
Agree on the work before it begins
The institutional team reviews the required competence, access to evidence, location, timing and confidentiality. The scope and expected output are agreed before assigning auditors. Availability and suitability are assessed for each request.
An impartiality check at intake
This independent auditors route is unavailable to organisations certified by G-CERTI or currently in its certification process. The form checks that relationship before the request proceeds. A request for auditors is an organisational service enquiry; it does not provide admission or a professional credential to an individual.
