How I work.
Before answering, I organise four things: what is claimed, what evidence exists, who is accountable and how far it goes. What I give you is signed, dated and has its limitations clearly stated.
First, I clarify the question.
A question is well framed when you can tell me what decision you face, what is claimed and what evidence exists. You do not need a dossier. You need the real problem.
With that in hand, I separate what is proven from what is said and identify what is still missing. That is often where the answer emerges, or a better-framed question.
What I give you takes one of these forms: a signed text with sources and clear limitations, a working conversation to clarify the problem before deciding, or a limited review of public claims and documents. You can read it, discuss it and, if better evidence emerges, I will correct it.
- I publish signed criteria and reports, with dates and sources.
- I review evidence: I separate what is proven from what is said and identify what is missing.
- I answer specific questions from the media, governments, universities and boards of directors.
- I take part in technical conversations when the context and objective are stated.
- I correct published material when better evidence emerges.
- I do not certify or accredit through this website.
- I do not present an analysis as a regulatory audit, certification or official decision.
- I do not take part in certifying a system that I myself implemented or advised on.
- I do not provide legal advice or regulatory opinions.
- I do not handle administrative procedures, sales or endorsements: associated institutions have their own channels.
Tell me about the topic.
Write to me with the situation, the decision you face and what you need to review. If there is a real question, we will work on it.
