ISO/IEC 27701.

Definition

Privacy information management system (PIMS) standard. In its ISO/IEC 27701:2025 edition, it is standalone and independently certifiable: it is no longer described as an extension of ISO/IEC 27001, although it integrates well with an existing ISMS. Certificates issued under the 2019 edition transition to the 2025 edition.
